I am the proud momma to three lovely little ladies, all of whom love to have “pretties” in their hair. Here is a quick, easy and pretty way to accessorize their hair.
I am new at sharing my patterns, if you catch a mistake please let me know.
Quick & Easy Headband
- hook size: G hook (aka 4.00mm or #6)
- yarn used: Caron Simply Soft, red (pictured above) and Red Heart Shimmer, turquoise (pictured below)
- yarn needle
- hair elastic
- abbreviations & stitches used: ch= chain, sl st= slip stitch
Pattern:
Ch 125 (or however many stitches needed to obtain head measurement minus about one-two inches for the elastic) without twisting the chain join with a sl st to start of chain.
Rnd 1: sl st in each ch around in the back ridge, fasten off & weave ends
Slide headband through elastic, fold headband in half, and wear.
